"Matthew, absolutely nothing shady going on from our office! As explained the state of PA requires insurance for any car with a registration. Cancelling a policy back to an arbitrary date longer than 30 days is not possible while the vehicle is registered, and to do so after you have replaced said car with a different car on the same policy is not possible either. So, I'm not sure where the communication has failed. Additionally, Susan does a tremendous job in our office and she has never spoken with you??? I would be happy to discuss further with you. PH "
